At Onque we believe that the process of producing outstanding brand communication, is based on a solid understanding of our clients key business objectives.

It is our experience as strategic thinkers, to always weigh up the brief fully. We want to Question the Direction to fully appreciate the overall communication objectives and outcomes.

Our first point of call is to meet with the core team (you guys) and research as much information as we possibly can. We all need to be on the same page strategically, to allow us to produce a targeted, meaningful and relevant creative response.

At Onque we like to collect business cards and nicknames (Smudger and Chalky are just a few) just as much as we like to collect pats on the back (when our overall creative strategy proves to be a success).

We often use this more informal opportunity for you to get to know the Onque team and to introduce our key players such as the director creative strategy, the creative director and our client services director (That’s the DCS, CD, and CSD initials you will see in all the contact reports).
