A comprehensive branding and marketing campaign for a Vanuatu property development.

Objective

Avue Beach Residences is a new beachfront development in Vanautu. Avue briefed Onque to prepare a comprehensive property marketing program to encourage expressions of interest in the residences.

Solution

Onque firstly undertook the design of Avue’s corporate identity. Onque then developed a detailed sales strategy and prepared a range of sales collateral, agency sales programs, advertising and onsite signage.

An extensive website was also developed along with eDM and SEO campaigns.
